Col. Bhasin has over 45 years of professional management experience including 26 years in ‘Indian Army’ and 14 Years in ‘Tata Group’. He held senior executive leadership positions up to the level of CEO and has proven track record in the areas of strategy, project management, operations, processes and technology assignments within communications & ICT industry and turning around companies. He has demonstrated achievements of improving P&L of a mid-sized ICT firm, operations turnaround for a telecom operator. He was intimately involved in managing infrastructure projects, data centers, large government turn-key projects, revamping customer service processes, revenue assurance, large scale ERP implementation, call centers, project management etc.

He is post Graduate from IIT Delhi. He was awarded VSM (Award of Honour by the President of India) in 1984 for conceptualizing ‘Army Communication Plan’. He also received NRDC Innovation Award for being the first person in the country to develop ‘Devanagari Video Display Terminal’ in India.

He is the founder of ‘Business Navigators’, a management consulting firm. He is a business coach and mentors small and medium Businesses to achieve higher orbits of business growth.
